Bugwatch stores account email, name, organization membership, API keys, error events you send, and billing references. Passwords are hashed with PBKDF2. Session tokens are opaque and revocable.

Event payloads may include stack traces, request URLs, and optional user fields. SDKs strip email, IP, and username unless you set send_default_pii / sendDefaultPii.

Transactional email is sent when a new issue is created. Card payments are processed by our payment provider. We do not sell event data.
